Payment is taken on Bovu Island upon your departure. We do not accept credit or debit cards.

We accept US$ or £ or € or S.A.Rand or Pula and definitely Zambian Kwacha.

There are several ATM's in Livingstone where you can draw money (VISA ONLY).

 

Return transfers:*

From your guesthouse or lodge in Livingstone, Victoria Falls border post or Kazungula,

Cover charge:

Included in this are all your guided activities sunset cruises in a mekolo and walking tours through the local villages on the mainland opposite the island for the duration of your stay.(This also includes a night watchman for self-drive vehicles).

Cost U$ 25-00 Per Person

 

Accommodation

Large Chalets with river view - U$ 30-00 per person per night.

Fishermen's stilted huts - U$ 20-00 per person per night.

Small safari tent with bedding- U$ 15-00 per person per night.

Your own tent - U$ 10-00 per person per night.

(our accommodation includes bedding but no towels)

 

Meals

Full breakfast: U$7-00

Lunch U$7-00

Dinner - U$ 12-00

 

Fishing

Fishing gear hire U$15-00 per day (includes Makolo and guide)

If you have your own tackle and would like your own personal guide and Makolo from 5:30 AM-7:00 PM this costs U$ 10-00 per day. Takes 2 people.

DON'T FORGET TO BRING A TORCH !

Please bring your own towel. We do have them in camp if you forget.

During winter (June-August) it's advisable to bring your own sleeping bag to put ontop of the bed,

You are welcome to bring your own wine or bottle of Special Reserve. No corkage charged.

Remember to bring insect repellent spray. Not lotion or roll on (the sand will stick to it).
